| 1 cup | Store-bought black bean or chickpea hummus |
| 1 | Medium avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh lime juice |
| 1/2 cup | Chunky tomato salsa |
| 1/2 cup | Sour cream |
| 2 tbsp | Chopped fresh cilantro |
Using a rubber spatula, spread the hummus over the bottom of a 1-quart glass or ceramic bowl. Layer the avocado cubes on top and sprinkle the lime juice over all. Top with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
To serve, place the bowl on a large platter ans surround it with tortilla chips.
