Ingredients

1 cup Store-bought black bean or chickpea hummus
1 Medium avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1/2 cup Chunky tomato salsa
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Using a rubber spatula, spread the hummus over the bottom of a 1-quart glass or ceramic bowl. Layer the avocado cubes on top and sprinkle the lime juice over all. Top with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.

To serve, place the bowl on a large platter ans surround it with tortilla chips.
