about 1 cup The following: Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Yellow Onion, Brocolli.
About Two Chicken Breats
about a tablespoon Pf Extra Virgin Olive Oil
about 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice Pasta (Spirals) I like 'pasta joy'
Powdered Ginger to flavor
Sea Salt
Minced Garlic
Pre-cook chicken (I grill)
Heat oil in a wok
Add garlic and onions until translucent
Add mushrooms
Add rest of vegetables
Add chicken
Add noodles
Sprinkle ginger and sea salt
