I have this salad for lunch at least once a week.
6 cups Romaine lettuce
1/4 A large red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
1 oz Crumbled blue cheese
3 oz Sliced steak
1 tsp Red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Mustard (I prefer dijon)
2 tsp Canola oil
Shred lettuce into large bowl.
top with onion, tomatoes, blue cheese and steak.
whisk together liquid ingredients and pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
Yum!
