Combine blueberries, sugar, & 1/4 cup orange juice in a sauce pan. Heat on med-high heat, stirring constantly. Blend cornstarch with remaining orange juice. Remove any lumps. Bring to a boil & add sugar to mixture. Cook sauce at a low boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat & stir in lemon juice. Sauce thickens as it cools.
