2 lb. Boneless Breast Chicken, Cubed
2 Onions, sliced
2 Green Peppers, Sliced
3 Celery Stocks, Sliced
1/2 cup Water
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
6 tablespoons Honey
6 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
4 tablespoons Curry Power
Heat oil in pan and cook chicken until it runs clear. Add the vegetables.
In a small bowl mix the water, honey, Dijon mustard and curry powder. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cook chicken, vegetables and sauce until the vegetables are tender.
