Easy to Make Lunch Sandwich

Ingredients

1 tbs Low-Fat Cream Cheese

1 TbsLow-Fat Honey Mustard

2 Slice whole-Wheat Bread

2 Lettuce Leaves

1/4 c. Shredded Carrots

1/4 c. Cucumber Slices

1/4 c. Avocado

4 Tomato Slices

Preparation

Spread 1 tbs low-fat cream cheese and 1 tbs low-fat honey mustard on slice of whole-wheat bread. Top with lettuce (2 leaves), shredded carrots and cucumber slices (1/4 cup each), 1/4 of avocado, 4 tomato slices; top with second slice of whole wheat bread.
