Chicago Style Hot Dogs

Like the Dogs you get from any hotdog stand in chicago

Ingredients

1 bag Frozen French Fries

1 Tomato

1 White Onion

1 jar Dill Pickles (quartered)

1 Small container of Celery Salt

1 package Hot Dogs (All Beef, preferably Vienna Beef variety)

1 package Hot Dog Buns (with poppy seeds)

1 jar Dill pickle relish

1 jar Yellow mustard

1 jar Sport peppers

Preparation

Bake or fry french fries according to directions on package, set aside.

Boil Hot Dogs for 10 to 15 min. If Desired, steam the buns by placing them in a colander over the boiling water. Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces separately. Open the bun, add mustard then hot dog, then pickle relish then onion then tomato. Then sprinkle with celery salt and add the pickle (quartered) and sport peppers.

Serve alongside fries.
