| 2 3/4 cups | Distilled water |
| 1 tbsp. | Arrowroot powder |
| 1 tbsp. | Oat flour |
| 6-8 | Dates, chopped pitted and soaked 2 hours or 2 tbsp. raw unfiltered honey |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | Pure vanilla |
| 1/2 tsp. | Celtic sea salt (optional) |
Place 3/4 cup distilled water and the above ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy
Bring the remaining 2 cups of distilled water to a boil; pour blender ingredients into boiling water while stirring constantly with wire whisk. Stir and cook until thickened nicely. Chill and serve as you would any other whipping cream
