Mix 7 oz. ground beef and 1 oz. ground pork. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to burger mix to make (1) 8 oz. pattie. Cook burger to desired temperature. Top burger with 2 slices of cheese (cheddar and swiss), 3 slices of cooked bacon, sauteed onions, lettuce, and tomato. Spread toasted sesame-seed bun with garlic mayonaise. Serve with steak fries, pickle, ketchup, and extra garlic mayonaise.
