Ingredients
- 14 oz (1 box) extra firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup Ground beef
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tbs Coconut Milk or whle Milk
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbs Grated of white chedar
Cheesse/Asiago cheesse
(optional)
- 1 cup Choped fresh sinach
Leaf
- 1 bay leafe
Preparation
Drained tofu or tap tap the tofu with napkin and ready to mashed it add the ground beef and the rest of ingredients but bay leafe , mixed all togeher until fairly mixed,then bay leafe.
Place the ingredients in to a porcelene meatloaf pan.
Steam it for about 25-30 minute.
*You should heat the steamer before hand.
