Ingredients

1 English Mufflin
2 tsp Ranch dressing
1/3 cup Cheese of your choice. Prevolone, mozzerella, american
6 Pepperoni's
Any veggie's you may like.
We use: Tomato's chopped up, Green pepper, black olive's, onion, muchrooms, carrots, zucinnie,
You can use any meat's that you like also. This is a what ever you think sounds good put it on there. I let my kids make there own. And they love it!

Preparation

After everyone has made there own Mini Pizza, Have the Oven ready and on 350 degree's. Bake the muffin's untill cheese is melted and starting to bubble a little. You want the veggie's to cook up. But keep and eye on them because you dont want them to burn.

Let them cool for a few minutes and then dig in. Enjoy. Your children will love the fact that they made it so they may just eat it all !

Cook's Notes

Parents, should cut anything that needs cut up. And also do the baking. Kids can make there own mini pizza though.

Made these with whole wheat english muffins, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni. So good and so easy. And lots of ways to change it up! This will for sure become a staple for lunch at my house!
