Au Gratin Sausage skillet

Ingredients

1 lb Fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and sliced into 1/2 inch slices
2 tbsp Veg oil
1 package Au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 cups Water
1 package Frozne california blend veggies
1-2 cups (4-6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

1. In skillet cook sausage in oil until lightly browned. Drain.

2. Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes or until potaties are almost tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Add veggies, cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes and veggies are tender.

4. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
