| 1 lb | Fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and sliced into 1/2 inch slices |
| 2 tbsp | Veg oil |
| 1 package | Au gratin potatoes |
| 2 1/2 cups | Water |
| 1 package | Frozne california blend veggies |
| 1-2 cups | (4-6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese |
1. In skillet cook sausage in oil until lightly browned. Drain.
2. Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes or until potaties are almost tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add veggies, cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes and veggies are tender.
4. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
