1/2 Ripe banana
1/4 cup Non-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. Slivered almonds
2 tbsp. Wheat germ
A few drops of vanilla or almond extract
Preparation
Smash your banana. Add the yogurt and extract. Blend together. Top with almonds and wheat germ.
