Easy and quick nutritious breakfast or snack.
1/2 Ripe banana
1/4 cup Non-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. Slivered almonds
2 tbsp. Wheat germ
A few drops of vanilla or almond extract
Smash your banana. Add the yogurt and extract. Blend together. Top with almonds and wheat germ.
Almost all of the fat comes from the almonds.
