Balsamic Sirloin and Pasta Saute
Ingredients
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Butter
10 oz B/L beef sirloin, cut into 2x1/2x1/4 inch strips
1/2 tsp Dried basil leaves
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
16 oz Pkg Green Giant Pasta Accents Garlic Seasoning Frozen Vegetables and Pasta
1 cup Diced seeded tomatoes
Fresh cilantro, if desired
Preparation
1. Heat oil and butter in large skillet until hot. Add beef strips and basil, cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until beef is browned
2. Stir in water and vinegar. Add vegetables and pasta, mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer covered 4 minutes, stirring once.
3. Add tomatoes, cook covered 1 minute or until heated through.
4. To serve spoon mixture onto serving platter. Garnish with cilantro
