Buffalo chicken salad

You can even use chicken nuggets or whatever leftover chicken you have

Ingredients

Chicken

4 Boneless chicken breast

3 cups Flour

1 cup Bread crumbs

2 tablespoons Wing spice

1 tablespoon Garlic powder

1 tablespoon Onion powder

1 tablespoon Dried parsley

1/2 cup Spicy mustard

1 cup Chopped green onion

5 Boiled eggs

1 cup Cheddar cheese

1 cup Chopped celery

1 cup Hot sauce

1 bag Salad greens

Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Preparation

If you choose to use alread made chicken nuggets or tenders, just follow baking directions after done coat in hot sauce

or

Slice chicen breast

In bowl mix one cup flour salt and pepper

In spearate bowl mix bread crumbs, spices, and flour

Put mustard in small bowl

1. Dredge chicken in flour salt pepper mixture

2. Using a pastry brush, coat both sides of floured chicken with mustard

3. Dredge in bread crumb mixtrue.

You can bake these at 400.00 of fry in oil

After cooked place on a cookie sheet and cover with hot sauce

Assemble salad

Top with chicken

Serve with ranch or blue cheese

Cook's Notes

You can use whatever you have on hand for the salad
