A simple Greek-style egg
1-2 Eggs
1/4 cup Olive oil
Pinch sea salt
Pinch black pepper
Bread (optional)
Heat olive oil until very hot.
Fry egg furiously until yolk is firm, splashing oil on it with teaspoon.
Put egg, oil, salt and pepper in bowl and eat with bread.
