Sumptuous Spinach and Artichoke dip

Ingredients

1 cup Shredded mozza

8 oz Cream cheese cubed

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan

1 clove Garlic, minced

1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

1 Tin (14 oz) artichokes, drained and finely chopped

1 lb Fresh spinach leaves or 10 oz package , stems removed, washed and finely chopped

Tostadas or tortilla chips

Preparation

Combine ingredients in slow cooker stoneware. Cover and cook on High for 2 hours, until hot and bubbling. Stir well and serve with chips.

Tip: If you prefer a smoother dip, place spinach and artichokes in a food processor, in separate batches, and pulse until desired degree of fineness is achieved. Then combine with remaining ingredients in slow cooker stoneware.
