Ingredients

Start on sauce:

In a large skillet or pot add:

2\3 cup Olive oil

8 cloves Garlic, chopped

Heat oil add garlic and saute for 2-3 min then add:

2 pinches Red pepper flakes

2 pinches Salt

Juice of 1 lemon (put in a little zest

3 sprigs Oregano, chopped fine

1 cup White wine (any good drinking wine will do) if there is any left!

1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes, chopped

Cook all of this together for 2 minutes or so. Turn off heat. let sit while the spaghetti cooks.

Preparation

Put large pot of water on to boil for pasta.

Thaw the shrimp and put a couple of guys. (NOT BOB IF YOU WANT ANY LEFT) to work peeling the shrimp(you can leave the tails on, I think it keeps the shrimp tender while it cooks) After they are peeled then add to zip loc bag and add the marinaide. let stand in fridge for 30 min. While they sit make your sauce for the spaghetti.

Since you you be feeding Bob you will need to cook the Shrimp seperatly. The shrimp can be cooked on the grill or in a skillet. If you are doing a lot of shrimp, do it in batches, so the skillet stays hot, they will cook in 2-3 minutes. keep shrimp warm while you cook the rest.

Make sure all the shrimp is cooked and the sauce is ready before you start to cook the spaghetti---fresh spaghetti only takes 3 min to cook, after the water returns to a boil.

When pasta is done take a cup of the pasta water and add it to the sauce. heat the sauce back up and add 1 cup of chopped parley. Drain the spaghetti and add the sauce over the spaghetti, add the 1\2 cup or a little more of the grated Parmigiano-Regiano cheese and toss over low heat.

Dish up and eat! You can add more cheese at the table if you need.
