Cook's Notes

It was a little "gooshy"...after all I was eating a variation of a custard...SO I added 1/4 CUP BISQUICK to the milk and it firmed up nicely, and ROSE a bit, so my rectangles were too thick for my tastes S0 I next prepared the same variation and poured the mixture into a LARGE tomato juice can lined with foil (for removal)and baked it in an overflow tray. In an hour I had a sliceable, cylindrical loaf that I could slice into a disc for easy eating on the road (Dont use the STOVETOP SOUTHWEST RECIPE dressing mix...it makes the recipe taste like a CURRY!
