| 8 tbsp | Poupon dijon mustard |
| 2 tbsp | Water or oil |
| 1 tsp | Garlic powder |
| 1 tbsp | Italian seasoning |
| 1 lb | (4) boneless chicken breast |
Mix all ingredients together. add chicken to coat; marinate in fridge at least 2 hours or overnight . bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done.
