No headache holiday sauce (cranberry relish)

Ingredients

12 oz Fresh cranberries

1/2 c. Water

3 Fuji apples, peeled and chopped

4 tbsp. Sugar or to taste

1 tbsp & 1 Tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and simmer, stirring occaisionally until cranberries pop...about 25-30 minutes. Cool to room temperature or chill

makes 2 cups or 6 servings
