Combine yeast and water. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and knead. Let raise 30 minutes-2 hours and knead again for about 10 minutes. Let raise 1 hour. Roll out thin and cook in a fry pan on the stove top 15-20 sec. Turn over and cook on other side for 1 minute. If bubbles form turn over and press on pita. Cook for a total of 3 minutes or until done.
