Indian Fry Bread

Ingredients

4 cups Flour

1 tsp Salt

5 tsp Baking powder

4 tbsp Shortening

1 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and knead until everything is mixed in well. Separate into small balls and roll out thin. Fry in oil. Good with meat and cheese for an entree or cinnamon and sugar for a dessert.
