Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter
8 tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
Preparation
Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Mix. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Alternate between flour mixture and milk until all is blended in. Place batter in bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done. Yields one loaf.
