SPICY CABBAGE AND PORK SOUP

BETTY'S TIPS

Ingredients

1 lb Pork boneless (cut into 1inch pieces)

1 Med potato, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch pieces

2 Med celery stalks, chopped

1 Med onion, chopped

4 Med carrots, cut into 1/4 inch pcs

4 cups Cabbage chopped

4 Chicken bouilolon cubes

4 cups Water

28 oz Mushrooms

1/4 cup Brown sugar

1 tsp Crushed red pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in 4-5 quart crock pot slow cooker

2. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 8 hrs or until pork and vetgetables are tender.
