101 year old pie crust

Ingredients

2 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Shortening
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tbsp Vinegar
 Cold water

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and shortening with a fork until crumbly. Combine the other items to make 1 cup of liquid. Add just enough of the liquid to hold the dough together.

Makes 2 9" pie crusts.
