Ingredients

1 cup Black beans
3 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
2 cloves Garlic

Preparation

Wash beans, put in crock pot for about 5 hours. Better if let stand overnight. Serve over rice and fried eggs.
