| 1 lb | Ground Beef |
| 1 | Old ElPaso Burrito Dinner Kit |
| | Tortilla Chips/Taco Shells - Enough to cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish & to layer 1 or 2 more times |
| 2 cups | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 cans | Rotel Tomatoes |
| 2 | Small cans of tomato paste |
| 2 | Tomato Paste Cans of Water |
Brown the ground beef
Mix all the ingredients of the Burrito Kit per kit instructions
Crush the Chips or Shells and cover the bottom of the greased 9x13 pan
Mix the Burrito Beef with the Ro-Tel, Tomato Paste, and water
Layer this mixture over the crushed shells/chips
Add a layer of cheese
Add a layer of crushed shells/chips *
Finish with a Layer of cheese
*Repeat layers as desired
Bake at 350F for 15-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted
This works great as a way to use up left over burrito beef. Use a 9x9 brownie pan instead. Reduce other ingredients by half.
