1. Preheat oven at 425. Grease baking sheet
2. Combine all dry ingredients. cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. add choc chips.
3. beat together buttermilk and egg. add to flour mixture mix lightly with fork until it clings together and forms soft ball of dough.
4. on lightly floured surface knead gently turning 5 or 6 times. roll to 1/2 thickness cut into 6 triangles
5. Lightly brush tops with milk and egg mixture and sprinkle with sugar.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
