Slow cooker recipe. Easy to make.
1 lb Low-fat smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4 in pieces
16 oz Can no salt added red kidney beans
16 oz Can crushed tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup Chopped celery
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Tabasco sauce to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours.
3. Serve over rice or as a thick zesty soup.
