This is the best baked mac n cheese recipe I have ever found! It comes from one of my OAMC clubs. It is a freezer mac n cheese but you can eat right after cooking too.

Ingredients
1 c. Dry macaroni
1 c. Cottage cheese
1 c. Sour cream
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Eggs, beaten
Preparation
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese, and eggs in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add cooked macaroni; fold in thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

I have made this without the eggs and it was still superb.
