1. In a skillet cook sausage until no longer pink.
2. Add onion, carrot, celery, italian seasoning, basil, salt and pepper. Cook and stor over medium heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp
3. Stir in water, tomatoes, and soup. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30m minutes or nuntil vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in rice, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
