Seafood Salad

A light and tasty seafood salad for sandwiches or an appetizer!

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) pkg. Imitation crab meat, thawed

1 (6 oz) pkg. Salad shrimp, thawed

1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery

1/2 c. Mayonnaise

3 tbsp. Minced onion

1/2 teaspoon Dill weed

1 teaspoon Parsley

1 tsp. Lemon juice

1/8 tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Combine crab meat, shrimp and celery in a bowl, mix in mayonnaise and onions, add dill, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Makes 6 servings.
