I put all of these ingredients in a crockpot and come home to a wonderful aroma with dinner ready to eat.
4 pounds Beef chuck pot roast
1 cup Dry red wine
8 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons Celery seed
2 pounds Yukon gold or fingerling potatoes
2 Yellow onions quartered
2 Celery stalks
1 pound Baby carrots
pour wine in bottom of crock pot
rub the beef with garlic and celery seed
dump everything else in
set crockpot to medium
by the time you get home from work its done!
Juices make an excellent gravy.
Serve with dinner rolls.
