Bacon Spinach Salad

Ingredients

5 cups Torn spinach leaves

1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup Thin red onion wedges

4 slices Bacon, cooked crisp & drained

2 Hard boiled eggs, cut into wedges

1/2 cup Kraft Thousand Island Dressing

Preparation

Toss all ingredients except dressing into a large bowl.

Add dressing and mix lightly.

Serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

Special ExtraPrepare as directed, adding 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled, cut into strips. Take a ShortcutPrepare as directed, substituting 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces for the cooked and crumbled bacon.

I altered this recipe from 1/2 Cup of light catalina dressing to 1/2 cup of thousand island dressing and the difference is that it is now 5 carbs instead of 12. In editing a recipe it doesnt' seem to allow you to change the nutritional info.
