Creole Rice

Ingredients

1/4 cup Butter or margarine

1 tsp Creole seasoning

1/8 tsp Pepper

2 cups Cooked long grain rice

Preparation

1. In saucepain melt butter, add creole seasoning, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover and heat through.

Creole seasoning:

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

pinch cayenne pepper

pinch dried thyme

pinch ground cumin
