I made it up!

Easy to make and delicious!!! Can use Ground Turkey or Ground Beef.

Ingredients

1 package Lean Ground Turkey

1/2 cup Chopped onion

1/2 cup Chopped green peppers

1/2 cup Chopped red peppers

2 tbsps Minced garlic

1 tsp Onion powder

1tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Dried crushed red peppers

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas

Garlic Pickles (chopped small)

Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Coney Island Style Spicy Mustard

Lettuce (chopped)

Preparation

Combine ground turkey, peppers, seasons, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce in a big mixing bowl

Form into patties

Grill or fry in 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Remove and drain excess oil. Cut into halves.

Warm Tortillas in a nonstick pan over low heat. You want them to brown and crisp slightly, but not get so hard that you cannot fold over without it cracking.

While still in the pan, spread mustard, sprinkle cheese, then place patty halves side by side on upper half of the tortilla. ( the rounded side of the patty should be at the top)

Add pickles, lettuce, onions.

Carefully fold over, remove from pan, slice down the middle, enjoy!

Cook's Notes

This is a great tasting lowfat recipe although it won't taste low fat. This recipe is very flexible. Add or subtract ingredients and toppings as desired. While you may use ground beef, cut calories by using lean ground turkey, it tastes great and see if your friends and family will be able to tell any differences!
