Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Nonfat milk
1 Peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Almond extract

Preparation

In blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
