Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients

2 oz. Low fat cheddar cheese

3 Tomato slices

2 slices Low sodium whole wheat bread

also include: 2 cups Mixed salad greens

1/2 cup Chopped or sliced cucumber

2 tbsp. Salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium

1 1/4 cups Nonfat, skim milk

14 Whole almonds

1/2 cup Sliced fresh strawberries

Preparation

Place cheese and tomato slices on bread. Lightly coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place sandwich in skillet and lightly brown bread on both sides. Serve.
