Chef Salad w/cantalope

Ingredients

2 cups Lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice
1 Bell pepper, green
1 Medium fresh tomato
1/2 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
2 oz. Low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast
2 oz. Low sodium, lean sliced ham
2 oz. Low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Croutons
 Cantalope

Preparation

Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Rinse and slice vegetables. Cut turkey and ham into strips. Top lettuce with vegetables, turkey, ham, cheese and croutons. Serve.
