| 2 oz. | Low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast |
| 2 oz. | Low sodium, lean sliced ham |
| 2 oz. | Low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | Croutons |

Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Rinse and slice vegetables. Cut turkey and ham into strips. Top lettuce with vegetables, turkey, ham, cheese and croutons. Serve.
