Beef Tacos

Ingredients

5 oz. Lean, ground round beef

1/2 cup Lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice

1/2 Medium fresh tomato

2 Taco shells

1/4 cup Low sodium salsa

3 tbsp. Avocado, chopped

Preparation

Heat a non stick skillet to medium, crumble and brown ground beef; drain any excess fat and stir in salsa. Cook for about 1 minute more to combine thoroughly. Rinse, dry and shred lettuce; chop tomato; set aside. Stuff cooked beef, tomato and lettuce into a prepared taco shell(s). Top with avocado and serve.
