Love this cole slaw - tastes good the next day, too!
1 package Slaw mix
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Sliced almonds (toasted @ 350' for 5 minutes)
1 bunch (4-6) green onions, sliced, including green part
1 package Ramen noodles (beef or oriental)
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Sugar
Noodle flavoring packet
Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, and flavoring packet together. Pour over slaw. Crumble and add noodles, onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Assemble just before serving.
