Artichoke Dip

Creamy, delicious, stick-to-your-hips, goodness.

Ingredients

8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
14 oz Artichokes, slightly chopped
4 oz Diced green chiles
1 c. Freshly grated Parmesan
 Paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Spray 9 inch baking dish w/ baking spray.

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add everything else except paprika. Spoon into baking dish. Top w/paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
