with chickpeas and artichokes
1 c. Each canned chickpeas and chopped artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. Reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 t. Grated Parmesan
2 t. Lemon juice
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Chili powder, or to taste
1/8 t. Pepper
1/8 t. Onion powder
In a food processor, process the chickpeas until chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until pureed.
