| 18 ¼ ounces | Yellow cake mix sifted |
| 3 ounces | Vanilla Pudding &Pie Filling sifted |
| 4 | Each eggs room temperature |
| 1 teaspoon | Allspice finely ground |
| 1 teaspoon | Nutmeg finely ground |
| 3/4 cup | Marsala wine |
| 3/4 cup | Vegetable oil |
| | Glaze |
| 1/2 cup | Confectioner's sugar glaze |
| 1/4 cup | Marsala wine glaze |
Preheat oven to 350F
1. Grease Bundt pan with butter or shortening then dust with a thin layer of flour.
2. Beat cake mix, spices, wine, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
3. Bake for 55 Minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
5. While cake is in the oven, mix confectioner’s sugar (powder sugar) with ¼ cup Marsala wine to make a glaze.
6. Pour glaze slowly over cake when cake is warm
