Creamy Cream Corn

SOOOOOO Good!

Ingredients

2 packages Cream cheese

2 bags Frozen sweet corn

1 cup Chopped green onions, whites and green

2 sticks Butter

Salt and lots of pepper

Preparation

Very important that all indredents are same tempature. So if you soften the cream cheese, do the same with butter, and corn.

You can make this in the crock pot or on the stove.

Chop onions, add all ingredients to sauce pan, cook on medimum, Do not allow to boil, it will seperate. Stir often.

Cook's Notes

In my orignal recipe I used homney and corn, frying the homeny and allowing to cool then add to other ingredients. But it is so hard to find homney, does give a great flavor if you can find it.
