Place peaches with syrup, onion, peppers, celery, broth, sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir well and add snow peas. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and almonds. Cook 4-5 minutes on high or until the precooked shrimp is hot. Serve over rice.
