Pork chops with a little asian flavor

Ingredients

4 Pork chops

1 can Pinapple chunks or rings

1 tbs Brown sugar

1 tbs Mustard

1/4 tsp Ginger

Soy sauce

Oil (for browning)

Preparation

Brown the pork chops in a little bit of oil. Meanwhile drain pineapple keeping the juice. In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and ginger. When the chops are browned, add the sauce mixture to the pan. Place desired amount of the pineapple in the pan also. Simmer for about 10 min or untill the pork is done.

Cook's Notes

The quantities on the "sauce" mixture can be adjusted to your taste. In fact I think it's different everytime I make it depending on how " soy" or "mustard" I feel that night. Most people are hesitant at first, but this is really yummy. I hope you enjoy!
