Mix all dry ingredients together. Add moist ingredients. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Cook at 375 deg for 15-20 min. I use a toothpick just to make sure they are done.
These are the only "Bran" muffins I have found that the kids and I both can enjoy. They have a bit of sweet to them. The kids love them with a little real butter. This recipe will make a large batch that will stay good in the fridge for about 6 weeks. If you only want to make a few muffins at a time this is great. Just remember - they are made of Bran, eat wisely!
