| 2 tsp | Butter, salted or unsalted |
| 1 tsp | Onion fine chopped |
| 1 1/2 oz | Ground pork, raw |
| 2 tsp | Honey |
| 1/8 tsp | Sage, ground |
| 1/8 tsp | Black pepper |
| 1 | English muffin, plain |
Peel and core apple; cut into wedges. Grate one apple wedge to make 1 tablespoon. Set other apple wedges aside.
Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a nonstick skillet; add onion and apple and sauté until tender.
Combine pork, honey, sage, pepper and onion-apple mixture; form into a patty.
Heat a nonstick skillet and cook patty about 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Toast English muffin and spread with remaining teaspoon of butter. Serve pork patty on English muffin.
Enjoy remaining apple wedges with breakfast sandwich
